The Aktiv team recently had the pleasure of exhibiting at the American Chemical Society (ACS) Spring Conference in Atlanta—and what a week it was.
Between attending inspiring sessions on chemical education (including several led by instructors from the Aktiv community), snapping a must-have photo with the ACS mole mascot, and logging countless steps racing between the exhibit hall and meeting rooms, the energy was nonstop. We even made time to admire the ever-popular puppies in the wellness zone.
But what stood out most wasn’t on the official schedule.
The most meaningful part of the conference was the steady stream of students and educators who stopped by our booth to share their experiences using Aktiv Chemistry. These were far from passive remarks—they were thoughtful, enthusiastic stories about how Aktiv is reshaping the way many teach, learn and engage with chemistry.
These thoughtful conversations will help our team shape the future of Aktiv’s question types, assessment capabilities and feedback quality.
Hear firsthand how educators and students are using Aktiv Chemistry to:
Foster a genuine love for organic chemistry
Help students visualize and master complex reaction mechanisms
Quickly identify where students are struggling—and intervene in real time
Deliver more engaging, effective homework experiences
Give students the flexibility to complete assignments anytime, anywhere
These stories reflect a common theme: when students are actively engaged and instructors have better visibility into learning, outcomes improve—for everyone.
